What we collect

• Account details — display name, age (from date of birth), username, and email address (@wowinbox.online).
• Password — stored only as a secure hash. We cannot read your password.
• Messages — emails sent to your WowInbox address, including sender, subject, body, and receive time.
• Session cookie — keeps you signed in on this browser.
• API usage — if you use the API, we associate requests with your account/API key.

How we use it

• To create and operate your inbox.
• To show you incoming mail and account settings.
• To protect the service from abuse (rate limits and basic security controls).

We do not sell your personal data or message contents to advertisers.

Where mail comes from

Incoming email is received through Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to WowInbox so it can be stored in your inbox. Message content is processed only to display it to you.

Storage & retention

Account and message data are stored in our database while your account exists. Messages remain until you delete them, clear your inbox, or delete your account.

Your choices

• Delete individual messages or clear your entire inbox.
• Change your display name (limited) or password from Account.
• Delete your account permanently — this removes your profile and messages.

Children

WowInbox is not intended for users under 13. You must be at least 13 to create an account.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
